I began sharing the Baby Blessing Ceremony with my friends in 1995 and each ceremony has been unique and wonderful. After getting a lot of great feedback, I knew I had something that I wanted to share with everyone.
I created the guidebook when it was my turn for a Baby Blessing Ceremony for my second child. I needed to put it in an easy-to-read format so my friend could lead this ceremony with ease. To be on the receiving end of this blessed gathering really touched my soul and filled my spirit with joy and love.
My Baby Blessing Ceremony was a special time with loved ones giving me encouragement that filled my soul with joy and sent me home with a real sense of empowerment. I wore my necklace during the birth of my son and I felt their collective support as I labored. I still wear it today and always get compliments on it.
